陈志成|产业股丽阳机构(Tropicana)今天宣布,以每平方尺3280令吉,或总代价4亿4840万令吉,把位于吉隆坡武吉敏登路一块面积3.138英亩的地皮,售予中资企业雅居乐集团。买卖双方今天举行签约仪式。
Tropicana today announce to sell a piece of land of 3.138 acres  located in Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur to a China company at a price of RM 3280 psf, or a total consideration of 448.40 million.

Warisan Merdeka , or Heritage of Independence

The Warisan Merdeka (English: Heritage of Independence) is a 1,957 ft (596 m), 118-storey skyscraper proposed to be built in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a budget of RM5 billion. When completed in 2018, it will be the tallest building in Malaysia, succeeding the Petronas Twin Towers, which has 88 stories. It is planned to be constructed within the vicinity of Plaza Rakyat, MBSKL, Merdeka Stadium and Stadium Negara.[2] The project will be funded by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).
