To Renew The Tenure of Lease to 99 Years or More

Formula 是这样的:
Residential：0.5% x land size x market value x tenure of lease
Commercial: 0.75% x land size x market value x tenure of lease

比如说，一间住家 bungalow land，5000 sqft，RM20 per sqft，延长多 999 年...
0.5% x 5000 x 20 x 999 = 499,500，如果只延长 99 年，就是 49,500.

如果是排屋，22x75，RM20 per sqft，延长 99 年...
0.5% x 22 x 75 x 20 x 99 = 16,335

当然， maximum 可以延长多少年，是 subjected to approval 的，就算你要 999，也未必可以用钱来延长那么久。

注：20 per square feet 是 KL 中高档地的市价，乡下的屋子，的确只需几千块就可以了。

比如说 RM10 per square feet，以上的 22 x 75 就只需八千多而已。
