上诉及特别权力组高庭法官阿邦依斯甘达原订今天裁决5造地主的准令申请，惟法官需更充裕时间研审，展延至上述日期裁决。
法庭也延长地主，于8月23日取得的临时庭令至本月15日；土地局于本月9日、13日及14日与地主进行的土地征用听证会，也暂缓进行。

大约20名反对征地行动委员会的成员今天连同行动党武吉免登国会议员方贵伦以及多名行动党议员在武吉免登商业区拉开横幅抗议政府早前公布征收私人土地以建设捷运的计划。
记者：“政府的征地计划从丰隆银行开始，一直到这个十字路口，然后顺着武吉免登路一直到亚罗街的路口，占地超过两英亩，68个单位、30多个业主受影响。”
行动委员会主席拿督张斌华认为，政府理应在事前与业主们商量，否则他们也不想在街头示威。他认为，土地是宪法赋予的权利，因此不应该在缺乏充分考虑实际需要的情况下被征收。
